If you attend my classes you are entitled to a FREE wellness evaluation.

All evaluations are done in private and you will have your own personal record card.  This can be a great incentive to improve your nutrition and exercise regime.  Remember exercise is so important for so many reasons, but for the best results it is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.

I will be offering free Wellness evaluations to clients who attend my classes. These will be 15 minute bookable slots that will measure, your weight, body fat, visceral fat, muscle, hydration levels, and provide your metabolic age.

This is the best way to see how fit and healthy you are and where you may need to improve your diet or exercise or daily regime, to achieve your personal goals. Dependent on the clients wishes these readings will be repeated at regular intervals to see how they have improved and to ensure they keep on track.
