We all have our goals for the year, but have you thought how you can achieve them, or are they realistic?. Starting in March I will be a Herbalife Wellness coach, this means I will be able to advise on nutrition and Herbalife products that may enhance your well being and also carry out ‘body composition’ analysis. This analysis will be on offer to any of my clients ( for free) who wish to know there accurate weight, muscle, fat and hydration levels.

I will be using some start of the art Body composition scales, which do give the most accurate information This is all very valuable when setting goals to meet your health targets. These sessions will take approx 15 minutes and will be a bookable service before and after my current classes. Watch out on my Facebook page for details of when this will begin.

Also I will be looking for 6/7 ladies who would like to do the Herbalife 3 day trial. This will cost £10.00 and involve drinking very healthy and nutritious shakes for two meals a day and 1 healthy 600 calorie meal, and drink 2/3 litres of water each day. You will need to weigh and measure yourself before and after, or book in for a body analysis with me.I have 3 ladies already that have put their names forward so please drop me a line if you are keen to give it a try.

Apart from losing weight, you will feel less bloated and feel more energised. After the 3 day trial you then have the option to purchase the meal replacement pack from me to continue until you goal weight. I will be there every step of the way. I will be trialling other products from Herbalife myself, such as the CR7 drive and will have a few samples from time to time to handout to a few clients. This is drink that you take during exercise to increase performance and lift energy levels and replace valuable nutrients during a hard workout. We all know exercise and keeping fit is so important, however nutrition is the key. You need to fuel your body correctly, to keep it in good shape. I am currently taking a meal replacement shake once a day, just because of the amount of vitamins and minerals there are in each one. These are ideal for those of us, who do not get enough vitamins and minerals during the day or lead such busy lives we cannot prepare meals as we would wish.

I wouldnt promote any product which i havent tried myself, and I do believe these products are excellent quality and ideal both for weight management, improving health but also for those who take exercise and keeping fit seriously.
