Starting from March 1st 2019 I will be bringing two new daytime classes to Sutton Coldfield. This is something I have been working towards for a while now, so I am so excited. I asked for feedback on class choices from my ladies and made a decision from there.
So the first class is going to be ‘legs, bums and tums, starting at 09.30 – 10.20am. This is a back to basics class, using some aerobics, body conditioning, abs/core section, but also including an upper body and arms section. Some weeks I will also include resistance bands for extra toning and stretching. This class will be suitable for beginners but will also include higher options for those wish to opt for them. A great way to end the week and earn those weekend calories.
The second class running is going to be ‘Yoga & tone’, at 10.30am to 11.30. This is going to be a similar style class to my Wed night yoga class, although the focus will be more on toning and stretching. Again I will be providing resistance bands in various strengths to enhance the workout. There will be a cool down and relaxation section to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of the day. This class is also fine for beginners, as I can give lower options for those who need them. You will need a mat for the floor work, and comfortable clothing.
Both classes are being held at Falcon Lodge Church hall just off Churchill Road. You can arrive via the Methodist Church entrance and ring the bell, or you can drive into the car park at the back just off Lingard Road. Each class is £5 or you can do both for £8. If you have a membership pass with me, both of these classes are included.
