Do you have a favourite type of exercise, or do you like to mix it up and enjoy variety?
I currently run 4 classes in Sutton Coldfield and have chosen a mixture of styles, something for everyone I hope! Have you tried all of my classes yet, are you thinking about trying a different one but not made it to class as yet? This is an ideal time to increase your exercise and improve your nutrition ready for the summer time!
If you like dance exercise, then we have Dancefit fusion and Fitsteps. Did you know dance has now been scientifically proven to help keep you young, maintain and improve muscle tone and improve balance. So apart from being a great workout, there are so many benefits to be had from coming to our dance exercise classes!
If you prefer the more sedate style of class, but still want a workout, then my Power yoga and relaxation class could be for you. Please do not think you have to be super bendy or flexible. I have to work on my flexibility as do many of my ladies in class. You are encouraged to work to your own levels but also to push your boundaries when ready. We work hard in class but spend 10 minutes at the end with dimmed fairy lights and aroma oils for our lovely relaxation section.
If you like a more high paced class, but full of variety, then come and join our Saturday morning Bodyfit class This has a dance warm, some combat, a HIIT section, abs blast and finishes with a yoga stretch out and cool down. My ladies say, this is a fab class to set you off for the weekend. You will leave class knowing you have had a workout but also feeling very relaxed and refreshed. This is the class is you want to improve fitness quickly and burn lots of fat.
Whatever your favourite style, maybe now is the time to change your mindset a little and try something different??
