My online classes have now been running 16 weeks and they are still going strong. I know for many this out of your comfort zone, as it is for me. I am regular contact with all of my venues now and as soon as they say, and government guidelines allow it, I will begin to bring back some live community classes.  Please beware though, realistically this will not happen before September and could be even longer as things stand now, with all the guidelines from the government, my insurance company and my governing fitness bodies.

On a plus point i have tried to bring classes online for all tastes and levels of fitness. My advice to you is please please please, do not give up and believe you can put it all right in September or when classes restart. This is not good for your physical well being or mental and could lead to you putting weight on and affecting your overall health. Some online classes will remain once live community classes return too.

Online now we have 6 regular weekly classes, but also some extra short classes on a Sunday morning with Yoga Stretch and also my short 10 minute blast sessions, for those who struggle to find time to fit a full class in. If you have access to Facebook try and do some live classes for that extra encouragement from me. If you do not use Facebook,  but have access to our whatsapp group,  I post in there every day, and so do our lovely ladies.  I know its difficult sometimes to keep the motivation,  but as i have said before, dont worry, just set a realistic goal, reset and start afresh if you need to. As always I am on hand to help with fitness and nutrition advice. If I don’t have the answer then i will go away and find it.

The healthier we are in mind and body, the better equipped we will be to deal with changes that come our way, that is a fact.

Text or email me if you have any questions regarding online classes. We are a    friendly bunch and always welcome new members. Weekly passes are still £7 or buy unlimited for a month for £25.
