Here we are at the end of another year.  Has 2016 been a good one for you?  What will you change in 2017? I think you will all agree this year in the world around us has been very up and down, putting it mildly!  We have had Brexit, and new president in the USA that  apparently noone wanted.  So many celebrities have passed away this year and people close to us.  I have never known a year like it! On a personal note i reached half a century and went on a fantastic cruise this year which was amazing!

What goals are you going to set for 2017?  I do think realistic goals can be good even if you set them at over several months at a time.  When you reach your first goal give yourself a treat,  Aim to get into that favourite pair of jeans or little black dress, or aim to get fitter and healthier so you are more flexible or less out of breath. Your goals don’t have to be massive, take little steps and over time you can do it.

If you come to my classes you will get that personal approach if you want it, unlike some bigger organisations. You wont be just a number in the room or a £ in my bank account, each and everyone does matter to me.  You will meet a friendly and fun group of people in classes who will encourage you as I will. My classes are about ‘Feeling Good’ and that is inside and out, ‘Mind and Body.’

Lets make 2017 a much happier and healthier year than 2016.  Together I believe we can do it!
