Next week will be last week of classes until I return from my holiday on 14th November. I am guessing I will return a few pounds heavier and in the need of exercise! When i return it will be the run up to Xmas, and an ideal time to burn of some calories, drop a few inches or improve our health before the festive period. Lots of us will be aiming to get into that posh frock, and this can be the incentive or goal we need to kick start our exercise regime. Of course its not all about exercise we need to monitor what we are eating, as notoriously we binge at Christmas so on the weeks up to this time we should reduce sugar intake, reduce bad fats and increase good fats, and drinks lots of water!
I will have 4 classes on offer up until Christmas, the last day will be Monday 19th with Dancefit Fusion, and will be a party theme. If you come to my classes you are all welcome to join us for a bit of a knees up!
If you have not tried all of my classes yet and want to get in shape, there is plenty to choose from and they are for all levels. On a Monday night we have Dancfit fusion, which is a mix of ‘Zumba style’ dance and aerobics. On a Wednesday there is Power yoga at 7pm, which is great for stretching, toning and over all relaxation. If you like Strictly Come Dancing you will love Fitsteps, and this is on every Thursday night at 6.30pm at Fairfax School. Lastly but not least, on a Saturday I run Bodyfit fusion at 09.30 Falcon Lodge Church Hall. This class includes 5 exercise styles in one class, every thing from dance, combat, to HIIT and yoga!
