BodyFit Fusion has been running now since 2016 on a Saturday morning.  If you get easily bored with one type of exercise and enjoy a good all over workout then this class is for you.  Class starts at 09.30 am at Falcon Lodge Church Hall, B75 7ER, you just need a mat or a thick towel for the floor work and some water!

The class consists of 5 exercise styles in the hour which has options for all fitness levels.  We usually begin with  a dance/aerobic style track for the warm up.  This is followed by some combat/boxercise or resistance bands for the upper body.  There is always a 10 minute HIIT section. This is High intensity interval training, and the best type of exercise for increasing your fitness and burning fat.  We also include a legs section, using squats, lunges and floor work which usually lasts about 10-15 minutes.  The abs blast section is a very effective way of toning and strengthening your core, using body conditioning and pilates style exercises.   At the end of the class the last 15 minutes is dedicated to a yoga stretch and cool down.  This is your time to relax your muscles and mind and leave the class feeling ready to take on the weekend.

Everyone who comes to my Saturday class loves it and says it leaves them refreshed.  It may be a wrench to get out of bed, but they all are so glad they did!
