So if you are new to my classes or yet to try one, have a read of my blog below about all classes I currently run in the Sutton Coldfield area.   If you get on track now, you can get fit for Xmas and the new year! All of my classes last an hour and cost £5 each, or you can buy a membership package.

Monday nights is Dancefit at Walmley club, 6.30pm:  This is my own invention which includes some aerobics, zumba style dances, leg/arm and standing ab tracks. Its great fun and not too technical. There are level options too, so its suitable for all.

Wednesday night is Yoga and Relaxation at Fairfax School 7pm: A great class to exercise the mind and body and suitable for beginners too.  In class we uses postures to stretch and tone and finish with a 10 minute meditation/visualisation at the end of class help with relaxation and enhance your sleep.

Thursday night is Fitsteps 6.30pm at Fairfax School: If you like Strictly Come Dancing you will love Fitsteps.  This is class uses latin and ballroom moves in fun dance fitness routines. No partner is required and no dance experience either.  Its a great workout that tones, improves posture and increases overall fitness.

Saturday morning 09.30 at Falcon Lodge Church Hall: Bodyfit is a lively exercise class that includes 5 exercise styles in 1 hour. These include, aerobics, HIIT and yoga cool down. This is a great class for burning fat and improving your fitness more quickly

Dont let the dark nights put you off, this is when you need to release the ‘feel good’ hormones and keep on track!
