I currently run 3 morning classes in Sutton Coldfield and they have all had great feedback. My newest classes in particular are on a Friday, 09.30 Legs, bums and tums and at 10.30, Yoga and tone.
So why is a morning workout so good for you?
- You will begin your day in a great mood. Your workout will help release endorphins and could help you cope better with the day ahead
- Working out in the morning will give your metabolism a boost. You actually burn more calories throughout the day if you do a morning workout than you do if you just do an evening class. This could also result in you having more energy during your exercise class too, making it more effective at burning fat and improving your fitness.
- Exercise can really help with relieving stress and tension. We lead such busy lives and doing a morning exercise class could certainly help you feel less stressed and better equipped to deal with your day ahead.
- Do a class in the morning and its out of the way and you can go and brag to your friends and family how well you have done and what you have achieved!
- Research suggests that you are more likely to reduce your blood pressure efficiently in the morning too. Exercise is a great preventive measure along with a healthy balanced diet.
