Yoga is a great exercise for the mind and body. Particularly now in times of uncertainty, anxiety and stress levels can rise, and yoga in particular is really good for helping to alleviate these feelings.
My Yoga class has always been one of my most popular classes, both previously in face to face classes and again now online. The class is suitable for beginners and also if you are not particularly flexible. Yoga is there to improve flexibility and tone. My class starts with a warm up, and involves a mixture of postures that are repeated to ease the body into effective stretches which in turn helps relax the whole body and mind.
The beauty of doing Yoga online with me now is that noone can see you, you can wear your PJS if you wish and you can arrange your room to suit your needs. Personally when I do the live class, i put on some fairy lights, candles and burn some incense, of course this is your own choice. Our Yoga class also finishes with a lovely relaxing visualisation and meditation section, which brings you to a calm state of mind and also in most cases leaves you feeling ready for bed. Doing my class from home means you dont need to travel but you can just relax onto the couch, soak in the bath or indeed go off to bed if thats how you feel. Just doing the stretches can release tension and really helps if you have been sitting down all day or being less active.
My live Yoga class is every Wed at 7pm via my private group. You can get access for £7 per week or £25 per month, and you will have access to over a 100 classes of every kind, but if Yoga is your thing you can just access those particular classes. There is no contract so you can join anytime throughout the month or cancel at the end of your purchase term if you wish.
