Dance Fit fusion began in 2016,  as a result of me playing around with ideas using dance and exercise. So this  class includes some ‘ Zumba’ style dances.  However this class differs from a normal Zumba class as it includes some aerobic tracks to increase cardio fitness, tone and work the whole of the body.  I tend to use some old club classics for this section which seem to be popular with my ladies.  Also each week i include a leg track, which i call the ‘Leg Shred’.  This targets your legs and bottom and can be intense at times, but gives great results.  We tend to include variations on squats and lunges, incorporated into a dance routine. I also add an arm/boxing track and ab track from time to time to keep the class fresh and challenging.  The boxing track in particular is a great way to release stress and tension and is very popular with my ladies! I also use other world music and current chart hits, so there is something for everyone on the night.

Dance Fit is  is for all levels. You have the option to keep it low or take if higher as your fitness improves.  The class is lots of fun, which makes working out so much easier. This is a less technical class than my Fitsteps class so an ideal class to start with.  Just wear some comfortable work out gear and trainers, and bring some water, as it can get pretty sweaty during the class! This class gets very busy so make sure you arrive in plenty of time for a space.
