Do you enjoy Strictly Come Dancing and would you love to learn some of the dances but don’t have a partner?  Then Fitsteps is for you!

In an hour class, you will get a warm up and then a mixture of dance styles that can include, the quicktstep, jive, salsa, waltz and cha cha, just to name a few, and you dont need a partner!  I keep the routines fresh, and break down new steps so they are easy and fun to follow.  I get so many positive comments about the music, particularly in Fitsteps.  This is mainly because the dances are so diverse and I can use music from the 1940s, 50s, 60s and all the way through the decades to current hits.

When working out the class playlist I ensure there is a mixture of fast and slow tracks, so the class then has a feel similar to interval training.  This means its great for improving your overall fitness, and can improve tone and posture.  Fitsteps is lots of fun, and so many of my ladies say they feel on a high after class! You do not need to be the best dancer in the world or have the best co-ordination, just come along enjoy the music, enjoy the dance and get fit!  I add new dances each month to keep the routines fresh and never boring!

Fitsteps was founded by ex Strictly pro dancers, Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe.  We are so lucky enough to have Ian Waite joining us for a Fitsteps Masterclass on September 16th in Sutton.  Tickets are nearly sold out, so contact me now if you would like one!

Class is on every Thursday 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Fairfax School in the big gym.  Newcomers are always welcome, so feel free to bring friends and family members.  Class is £5.00 or is included as part of our membership package.  Hope to see you there….

Keep Dancing!
